375 g spaghetti

250 g cherry tomatoes cut in half

200 g bacon

150 g pesto

40 g rocket seedlings

basil leaf or oregano

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain and reserve 60 ml of the cooking water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 3
Arrange the cherry tomatoes on a sheet of parchment paper, cut side up. Season with salt and pepper before putting in the oven for 10 minutes or until they are lightly roasted.
Step 4
Heat a large frying pan, cook and brown the bacon.
Step 5
Pour all the ingredients into the pasta, mix well and season with the herbs.
Author's note
Delicious with grated parmesan cheese! Bacon is more dietetic than bacon and is cooked in the same way.
