Goat tomato and basil tartlet

1 roll of puff pastry

2 tomatoes

4 slices of fresh or pork goat cheese

basil leaf

Pie shell either tapenade or aubergine caviar.

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Unroll the puff pastry, and take a bowl or something else as a cookie cutter depending on the size.
Step 3
Prick your circles with a fork and bake for 10 minutes to pre-cook your dough.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut thin slices of tomatoes and goat cheese.
Step 5
Once the dough is pre-baked, take it out of the oven and put the pie shell as desired. Then put the tomato slices in a round shape superimposed on each other.
Step 6
Finish by putting the slice of goat more or less thick according to the taste of each one.
Step 7
Let the tartlet cook for 10 minutes until the tomatoes heat up and the goat melts.
Step 8
Add a few basil leaves for decoration but also for taste. A small decoration with a reduction of balsamic vinegar (you can find this in the shops already ready).

Here you go, a small, delicious and easy to prepare appetizer.
