Gongorzola remastered steaks

Gongorzola remastered steaks

Number of people

350 g ground egg

1 shallot

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (or 2 crushed crackers)

100 g gorgonzola

15 cl of fresh cream

1 egg

2 tablespoons basil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Peel and finely slice the shallot.
Step 2
In a large bowl, place the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1 shallot, salt and pepper, and chopped basil. Mix well with hands.
Step 3
Separate the meat into 3 equal parts and form steaks.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan with a little butter.
Step 5
Place the steaks in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Step 6
Remove the steaks and set aside.
Step 7
Over low heat, melt the last shallot in the juices.
Step 8
Add the gorgonzola and cream and let it melt.
Step 9
Make a round trip from the steaks in the sauce. Serve hot with al'dente pasta or fried potatoes!
