12 trusses of tomatoes

12 tablespoons of long grain rice

3 cloves of garlic

6 mint leaves

12 basil leaves

6 tablespoons of olive oil

9 tablespoons of tomato paste

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Cook the rice in boiling salted water.
Step 3
Empty the tomatoes (keep the juice), salt the inside and turn them over on absorbent paper.
Step 4
Mix the cooked and drained rice with the tomato juice, chopped garlic and finely chopped herbs.
Step 5
Add half the oil and half the tomato paste, and season.
Step 6
Stuff the tomatoes and place them in a gratin dish.
Step 7
Drizzle with the rest of the oil, and pour the rest of the tomato paste, along with a little water, into the bottom of the dish.
Step 8
Bake for 45 minutes.
