2 tomatoes

200 g ham

1 clove of garlic

300 g pasta

basil leaf

10 cl poultry stock

Grated cheese

1 tablespoon of fresh cream

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes, garlic and basil. Fry them in a frying pan for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the poultry stock. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces and add it to the mixture in the pan, then add a tablespoon of crème fraîche to thicken it a little.
Step 4
Leave on the heat for another 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Cook the pasta and add the contents of the pan in it.
Author's note
Possible recipe with bacon or white ham instead of ham and grated cheese, it's even better!
