Herb and tuna pie

Number of people

1 bunch of parsley

1 bunch of basil

10 mint leaves

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 tomato

1 medium can crumbled tuna

3 eggs

20 cl of fresh cream

Grated Parmesan cheese



Olive oil

Shortcrust pastry

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Fry the onions in a frying pan with a little oil.
Step 2
Wash, dry and chop the herbs.
Step 3
Spread the dough in the pan.
Step 4
Cover it with tuna and tomato slices.
Step 5
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the crème fraîche, herbs, onion, parmesan cheese and chopped garlic.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Step 8
Put in the oven at 180°, thermostat 6, for about 30 min.
Step 9
Eat cold with a green salad.
