3 cucumbers

20 cl olive oil

1 pasteurized goat cheese

1 yoghurt

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Chives

Basil

Preparation: 5 min
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds and cut them into large cubes.
Step 2
Coarsely chop 3/4 of the herbs and chop the rest.
Step 3
mix the cucumber cubes, chopped herbs, goat cheese, yoghurt and olive oil to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Step 4
if it is too thick, add yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
then add the white wine vinegar and place at spawning for a few hours.
Step 6
just before serving, pour into glasses, sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and chopped herbs.
