1 shortcrust pastry

3 slices of raw ham

3 teaspoons of old-fashioned mustard

6 tomatoes

2 balls of mozzarella di buffala (if possible)

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

Basil and oregano




Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Cut the raw ham into strips and fry until lightly browned.
Step 2
Cover the rolled shortcrust pastry with mustard.
Step 3
Place tomato slices alternating with mozzarella slices.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle with browned raw ham.
Step 6
Mix the basil and oregano with a little olive oil and apply in fillets to the pie.
Step 7
Put in the oven at 220°C (thermostat 7-8) for 25 minutes.
