8 sheets of brick

400 g button mushroom, minced

2 eggs

1 onion

50 g fresh goat cheese

200 g crab crumb

200 g cottage cheese

Basil (at your convenience)

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Slice the onion, fry it with the mushrooms and basil.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the goat cheese and eggs.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and drained crab.
Step 4
Salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place the 8 sheets of brick on top of each other in a pie dish.
Step 6
Pour in the preparation.
Step 7
Bake for 30 min at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
