4 slices of stale bread (fresh bread can be used)

125 g lean yoghurt

5 tablespoons of tomato paste

Basil

Pepper

Salt

50 g grana padano or grated parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200° (grill position).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tomato paste, basil, salt, pepper and cheese.
Step 3
Place your sandwiches on the baking sheet. Spread the mixture on the toast. Sprinkle a little Grana Padano (or Parmesan) on each slice of bread.
Step 4
Put it in the oven (grill) for 10 minutes.

low-calorie. At 2, it makes for a "quick" meal
