200 g smoked bacon or diced ham

20 cl of fresh cream

4 eggs

1 tomato

50 g fresh goat cheese

Pepper

Salt

Grated nutmeg

Basil

Fresh parsley ( 3 leaves each)

1 roll of shortcrust pastry

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a container, beat the eggs with the cream, add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut the basil and parsley finely and add to the mixture. Cut the goat into small cubes and add it without crushing it.
Step 2
Cook the bacon (unless you use the ham) in a dry pan to remove excess fat.
Step 3
Put the dough in your pan and prick the bottom. Place the bacon (or ham) in the bottom, put thin slices of tomatoes on top and pour in the preparation. Make sure that everything is arranged uniformly because everyone has to taste something other than the dough.
Step 4
Bake at 180-200°C for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Enjoy hot or cold with a green salad.
