Melon tartar with tomatoes and basil

2 melons

2 tomatoes

2 sprigs of basil

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Shell the tomatoes (plunge them into boiling water).
Step 2
Drain them and refresh them, peel them and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Cut each melon in half, clean them, cut the flesh into very small cubes.
Step 4
Wash the basil and chop a sprig.
Step 5
Put the diced tomatoes and melon in a bowl, add the chopped basil, drizzle with olive oil, pepper and mix gently.
Step 6
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Just before serving, divide into 4 glasses and decorate with the basil.
