1.4 kg of tomato puree

4 tablespoons of olive oil

600 g ground beef

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

100 g button mushroom

1 carrot

1 vegetable stock cube

140 g tomato paste

1 bunch of thyme

10 pitted black olives

4 bay leaves

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

pinch of salt

Pepper

10 coriander seeds

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Peel and cut the onions, garlic, mushrooms and carrots into very small cubes. Cut the olives into slices. Crumble the thyme.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, sauté the onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Gradually add the ground beef.
Step 3
Add the herbs (salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, oregano, rosemary, basil, paprika, coriander), olives, tomato paste and broth.
Step 4
Add the tomato puree. Mix well and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the desired consistency is obtained.
Author's note
For example, you can serve the sauce on a bed of pasta, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
