6 potatoes (large)

5 cl olive oil

1 clove of garlic

Basil or herbs of Provence

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (thermostat 5).
Step 2
Peel the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 3
With a knife, split (but not to the end) the potatoes on the flat side (so that the oil can penetrate into the heart of the potato).
Step 4
Place them on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Step 5
Chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped basil or Provence herbs.
Step 6
Bake for 35 minutes.
