10 very thin slices of belly

10 slices of chorizo (spicy or sweet according to your preferences)

250 g plain bacon

1 red pepper

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

500 g spaghetti

1 sprig of basil



Preparation

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Gently sauté the onion, garlic, chorizo and peppers until browned.
Step 2
Add bacon, bellies, about 10 min, stir regularly.
Step 3
Immerse the pasta in boiling salted water. Put the crème fraîche in the pan, add sweet espelette pepper and stir well.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, mix everything in a bowl, chop the basil on top.
Step 5
Enjoy your meal.
