250 g pasta (farfalle, tagliatelle...)

120 g mascarpone

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Basil

Thyme

Rosemary

Aromatic herbs to your taste

Pepper

Salt

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Start cooking the pasta in boiling salted water, respecting the cooking time indicated on the package.
Step 2
In the serving dish, put the mascarpone, add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
Step 3
Then add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Then add some chopped basil leaves, rosemary, thyme, and other aromatic herbs to the mascarpone as you wish.
Step 5
Finish by adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and mix well.
Step 6
When the pasta is done cooking, add a tablespoon of cooking water to the sauce and stir again.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and mix with the mascarpone mixture.
Step 8
You can add parmesan cheese if you wish.
