1 pepper

1 slice of white ham

2 eggs

4 tablespoons of fresh cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pinch of basil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Step 2
Wash and cut the pepper into small pieces, fry it in a frying pan with a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with the cream.
Step 4
Add basil, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Remove the pepper from the heat and put it in the pie.

Add the ham cut into small pieces and the cream and egg base.

Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
