4 pork roulades

2 courgettes

1 can peeled tomato

1 green pepper

1 medium box of button mushrooms

1 onion

Garlic

Olive oil

Basil

Oregano

White wine



Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Sauté the minced onion and garlic (to taste) in olive oil.
Step 2
Brown the paupiettes in it.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the courgettes into thin slices and the pepper into strips.
Step 4
Remove the roulades, sauté the vegetables, add the chopped tomatoes and juice.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms after rinsing them.
Step 6
Put the roulades back on, season with salt and pepper, add the basil and oregano.
Step 7
Cover partially and simmer.
