Portuguese style veal stir-fries

Portuguese style veal stir-fries

Number of people

2 veal stir-fry

300 g peeled tomato

1 teaspoon veal stock

4 tablespoons of water

3 tablespoons of Madeira

1 large handful of button mushrooms

2 tablespoons of liquid cream

1 pinch of Espelette pepper

2 pinches of basil

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Sauté the veal sautés in a frying pan with a little butter.
Step 2
At the end of cooking, add the mushrooms previously washed and detailed in thin slices.
Step 3
Remove the meat and keep it warm.
Step 4
Add the peeled tomatoes to the pan with the mushrooms. Add the spices, Madeira, veal stock, cream and simmer for about ten minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Then pour into a dish containing the meat.
