1 bag of flake mashed potatoes (125 g)

2 peeled, seeded and crushed tomatoes

1 clove garlic, chopped

2 egg yolks

Flour

Oil

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Heat 40 cl of salted water (or water and milk in equal quantities). Remove from heat, pour the purée into a bag and stir.
Step 2
Add the diced tomatoes and garlic, as well as the egg yolks. Season with pepper and add a little chopped basil.
Step 3
Shape into small dumplings, pass them through the flour.
Step 4
Sauté the dumplings in a frying pan with oil and serve.
