1 shortcrust pastry

4 tomatoes

200 g of fresh cream

2 eggs

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon

1 scoop of mozzarella (125 g)

2 teaspoons basil

1 pinch of nutmeg

Pepper

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Beat the crème fraîche, mozzarella (previously cut into cubes) and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard and lemon zest. Add the basil.
Step 2
Pour the mixture over the pie shell and place the tomato slices on top. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
