2 Raw Duck Breasts

20 g raw foie gras

1 tablespoon honey

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 bouquet garni

Basil

Salt

Pepper

1 glass of water




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1H20
Preparation: 1 hour
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the length of the duck breasts on the meat side to a maximum of 1 cm.
Step 2
Remove the foie gras, add the honey, salt and pepper and mix to make a sausage shape.
Step 3
Place the foie gras on the length of the notch of the duck breast and assemble the 2 duck breasts. Then tie it up.
Step 4
In a frying pan, sear the roast for 5 min to remove excess fat and brown it.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 220°C (thermostat 7) for 10 min.
Step 6
In a dish, add the chopped onion, garlic, bouquet garni, basil, salt, pepper, 1 glass of water and put the roast in the oven for 15 minutes for a pink cooking.
