160 g penne pasta

4 slices of raw ham

80 g mozzarella cheese

40 g dried tomato

2 teaspoons of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon mustard

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Cook the pasta, rinse it in cold water and drain it well.
Step 2
In a bowl put the pasta (I cut them in half so that they are smaller but it is not mandatory).
Step 3
Cut the dried tomatoes, mozzarella and raw ham into small pieces and mix them with the pasta.
Step 4
Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and basil.
Step 5
Pour the vinaigrette into the bowl and mix well.
Step 6
Serve chilled.
