Salmon with mozzarella

480 g salmon cut into thin slices (frozen salmon can be used)

6 tomatoes

150 g mozzarella cheese

Basil

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN 
Preparation: 20 min 
Cooking time: 10 min 
Step 1 
1) Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.  Cover the entire bottom of a dish with a slight overlap.  Season with olive oil.  Sprinkle with chopped basil.  Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C ( Th 6). 
Step 2 
2) Cover the cooked tomato slices with thin slices of salmon.  Season them lightly with olive oil.  Arrange thin slices of mozzarella on top.  Put back in the oven for 5 minutes.  Serve immediately.
