Step 1
Peel and seed the tomatoes.
Step 2
A little advice for peeling them: boil water and immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes. This will make it very easy to remove the skin.
Step 3
Brown the tomatoes in olive oil. Add the garlic. Season well with salt, pepper and basil to taste. Add a sugar.
Step 4
Cut the kiri into small pieces to make it easier to melt and add it to the preparation.
Step 5
Let cool then put in the fridge about 1 hour before serving.
