4 potatoes

1/2 pumpkin

10 sprigs of parsley

basil leaf

10 cl of liquid fresh cream

1 onion

Salt

Pepper




Preparation

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and pumpkin, cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Fry them in a pan with the onion (previously peeled and minced) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix the parsley with the basil, fresh cream and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Arrange the pumpkin, potatoes and onion on plates and drizzle with parsley and basil coulis.
Step 5
Serve hot and enjoy.
