300 g scallop nuts

300 g noodles or tagliatelle

2 knobs of salted butter

4 basil leaves

3 cloves of garlic



Preparation

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
In boiling salted water, immerse the pasta and cook.
Step 2
Meanwhile, enliven and finely chop the garlic cloves, crumble 3 basil leaves between your fingers.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and add 1 knob of butter. Keep warm.
Step 4
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the scallop nuts, stirring gently and often over high heat.
Step 5
After 2 min add the garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Continue cooking for another 2 min, stirring often to brown the scallops.
Step 7
At the last moment, reduce the heat of the plate and add the chopped basil to continue cooking for another 1 min.
Step 8
Arrange the pasta and scallops on the plate with their juice and decorate with 1 or 2 basil leaves.
