1 red pepper

1 green pepper

4 cl olive oil

10 cl red port wine

Fresh cream

Garlic

Concentrated basil

Tabasco

Pepper

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cut the peppers into thin strips, fry them in a frying pan with olive oil, add the peeled scampi and cook for 5 minutes then degrease your frying pan and deglaze with the port.
Step 2
Add the cream a touch of garlic, basil, 2.3 drops of tabasco, salt and pepper and reduce for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Serve this dish as a starter with a crushed tomato.
