250 g pasta

150 g cooked cocktail shrimp, peeled, thawed and drained

2 lawyers

1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in 1 litre of salted water.
Step 2
Put them under cold water to cool them, drain them, set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, cut the 2 avocados into pieces and immediately mix them with the lemon juice (quantity to taste). Add shrimp, olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped basil and pasta.
Step 4
Mix well and serve fresh!
Author's note
For the sauce you can add a little balsamic vinegar and the juice of half a lemon if you don't like the acidity too much. Also good with cherry tomatoes.
