1 sandwich loaf

3 peppers 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1 goat cheese stick

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 small bunch of basil

Salad of lamb's lettuce or rocket or mesclun (mixture)

1 onion




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 22 MIN
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 2 min
Step 1
Cut the peppers and onion into thin strips, fry them gently in olive oil, add the curry at the end of the cooking time, mix and set aside.
Step 2
Toast 6 slices of sandwich bread on the toaster.
Step 3
On each slice, place the pepper mixture and 2 slices of goat cheese on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle a little sweet parika and chopped basil over the cheese and just a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Grill the toast for just 2 minutes to barely melt the cheese.
Step 6
Arrange the salad on small plates and place a warm slice of bread on top.
Step 7
Enjoy your meal.
