250 g spaghetti

1 zucchini

1 tablespoon black tapenade

1 clove of garlic

Olive oil

Chopped basil

Peppercorns in grains

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti for the time indicated.
Step 2
Sauté the zucchini cut into small cubes in a frying pan for 5 minutes (it must still be a little crunchy). Rinse the spaghetti in cold water, put them back in the pan with the zucchini and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Step 3
Let heat over low heat for about 5 minutes (until the zucchini is cooked).
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, prepare the sauce by diluting the tapenade in olive oil, add the mashed garlic (in the garlic press).

Pour this preparation over the spaghetti in a nice dish, sprinkle with chopped basil and parmesan cheese...
Step 6
Serve with a boiled egg!
