1 puff pastry dough

50 g arugula

50 g spinach

20 cl of milk

10 cl of fresh cream

3 tablespoons of cottage cheese

4 eggs

100 g Roquefort cheese

2 tablespoons grated gruyère cheese

Tarragon

Basil

Nutmeg

Salt

Cooking time: 50 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Unroll the dough on a mold and pre-cook it blank.
Step 3
Break the eggs and beat them.
Step 4
Add the crumbled Roquefort cheese, cream, cottage cheese and milk.
Step 5
Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 6
Add herbs, spices and salt.
Step 7
Place the spinach and arugula on the dough.
Step 8
Pour in the preparation and bake for 50 minutes.
