1 handful of spinach

1 pear

3 tablespoons cinnamon

1 apple

1 handful of lamb's lettuce

40 cl soy milk

10 cl coconut water




Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Wash the apple and pear and dice them.
Step 2
Blend spinach, pear, cinnamon, apple, lamb's lettuce, soya milk and coconut water in a blender and blend until desired shape is obtained.
Step 3
Put the mixture in a bowl.
Step 4
For decoration: sprinkle the rest of cinnamon in a line, do the same for chia seeds, the rest of apple and pear and cinnamon.
