700 g strawberries

20 cl of pineau des charentes

10 mint leaves

10 basil leaves

5 crushed black peppercorns

1/2 split vanilla bean

10 g caster sugar

Cooking time: 3 min
Step 1
Pour the Pineau des Charentes into a saucepan, add the sugar, pepper, vanilla and mint and basil leaves.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, extinguish the heat and allow to cool.
Step 3
Place the strawberries in a container and pour the cold mixture over them.
Step 4
Marinate a few hours before serving chilled but not iced.
