2 scoops of mozzarella

200 g plain tomato sauce

50 g ricotta cheese

80 g Parmesan cheese

basil leaf

100 cl olive oil (for frying)
For the pizza dough:

500 g flour

35 cl water

15 g brewer's yeast

2 teaspoons of salt

Step 1
Prepare the pizza dough.
Step 2
Mix flour, water and salt. Knead until a uniform dough is obtained, form a ball and let stand at room temperature.
Step 3
Prepare the stuffing for the mini slippers.
Step 4
Crush the mozzarella and mix with the tomato sauce, ricotta, basil and parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Make discs of dough (about twenty), stuff them with the cheese and tomato sauce mixture, and close them up like little slippers.
Step 6
Wet the edges of the dough so that they stick well and keep closed.
Step 7
Fry the mini slippers in olive oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
