Sunny Spaguettis

Number of people

250 g spaghetti

2 tablespoons of fresh cream

1 clove of garlic

1 box of mushrooms

1 tomato

3 teaspoons mustard

Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in water with varying degrees of salt.
Step 2
In a large frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and 3 teaspoons of mustard (normal or sweet).
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the pan with the crème fraiche and mustard, then add the button mushrooms.
Step 4
When our little mixture becomes a little reddish thanks to the tomato, add the garlic cut into small pieces.
Step 5
When our pasta is al dente, drain it in a colander and put it in cold water (to firm it up a little).
Step 6
Add the pasta to the pan and stir until the pasta is well soaked.
Step 7
Stir them from time to time.
Step 8
When they are ready, add a little basil and stir again until everything is well mixed.
Step 9
Serve immediately after!
