Step 1
Cook the tagliatelle as indicated on the package.
Step 2
Cook the salmon steaks in a papillote with just a little salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil with balsamic vinegar, black olives cut into small pieces, basil, tomato paste, salt and pepper; taste to adjust.
Step 4
At the last minute, add the orange flesh cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Present the tagliatelle coated with this sauce on a plate, with the salmon steak.
