1 large can of peeled tomato

1 potato

1 zucchini

2 carrots

1 pepper

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon of cumin powder

1 tablespoon basil powder

Salt

Pepper

1 cube of dehydrated vegetable stock

2 scoops of mozzarella

TOTAL TIME: 45 MIN
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and wash them. Put them in a saucepan with the spices and the stock cube. Cover with water.
Step 2
Cook over high heat until boiling and then 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Blend the mixture, adding fresh cream, chilli pepper or a spoonful of pesto if desired.
Step 4
Serve the hot soup with the diced mozzarella cheese.
