800 g of tomato

1 clove of garlic

400 g mozzarella cheese

60 g butter

Swedish bread

Parsley

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes (immerse them in boiling water for 30 seconds), slice them and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Put in a colander with a little salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile cut the mozzarella into slices and set aside.
Step 4
Mix the crushed (or powdered) garlic with the various herbs.
Step 5
Mix the Swedish breads with the butter to make a sandy/granular dough.
Step 6
In a buttered dish make a layer of tomatoes, salt, pepper, herbs, mozzarella, salt.
Step 7
Start again, finish with the mozzarella and cover with the Swedish bread crumbs.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 210°C (Thermostat 7) for about 15 min.
Step 9
Enjoy hot or warm with a good salad.
