1 shortcrust pastry

4 tomatoes

6 eggs

1/4 l milk

50 dl of fresh cream

50 g grated gruyère cheese

Mustard

Parsley

Oregano

Basil

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Mix the mustard with the basil, parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Put the dough in a pie pan and prick it with a fork. Brush it with the mustard/spice mixture.
Step 3
Mix the eggs, sour cream, and gruyère.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, reserving one, and add them to the mixture.
Step 5
Put the mixture on the dough.
Step 6
Garnish with slices of the remaining tomato, sprinkle with oregano.
Step 7
Put in the oven Th 6 until the top of the pie is golden brown.
