6 ripe tomatoes

2 shallots

200 g ground meat

4 sprigs of rosemary

Basil

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Peel the shallots, chop them finely, and put them back in a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2
When the shallots start to brown, add the chopped steak and brown well.
Step 3
Then put the tomatoes previously cut in 4 and add the rosemary and basil.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, bring the mixture to a high heat and then put it on low heat with a lid for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the skins from the tomatoes and the rosemary sprigs.
Step 6
(This sauce will delight children because the shallot removes the acidity from the tomatoes).
