Tomato tarts with 2 spices and 2 cheeses

1 puff pastry dough

4 teaspoons mustard

4 tomatoes

1 egg

2 tablespoons of fresh cream

4 tablespoons of milk

4 basil leaves

1 small sprig of thyme

4 tablespoons grated Emmentaler

4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
- Roll out the dough and divide it into four, then place it in 4 tart pans.
Step 2
- Brush the bottom of the tarts with 1 tsp of mustard each.
Step 3
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them as soon as they are ready, then arrange the equivalent of one tomato per tartlet.
Step 4
- In a bowl mix the egg, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Add the parmesan cheese, chopped basil and crumbled thyme.
Step 5
- Spread the mixture over the tomatoes.
Step 6
- Finish by covering the tartlet with a tablespoon of Emmentaler.
Step 7
- Put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
