4 turkey cutlets

150 g Swiss cheese or mozzarella

8 slices of bacon

8 dried tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

Basil

Pepper from the mill

Salt

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Season the cutlets with salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Place a slice of bacon at the end of each cutlet, then a dried tomato, mozzarella or gruyère pieces and basil.
Step 2
Roll each escalope tightly and hold it in place by pushing in several toothpicks. Put olive oil to heat in a frying pan and place the turkey saltimbocca in it. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat and covered.
Step 3
As an accompaniment: French fries, mashed potatoes, peas...
