800 g turkey

250 g frozen ceps

3 carrots

2 shallots

Basil

2 teaspoons sweet pepper

3 teaspoons paprika

Oil / Butter

20 cl of liquid cream

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Slice the shallots.
Step 2
Cut the turkey into pieces of about 3 cm and the carrots into slices.
Step 3
In a pressure cooker, melt the butter and oil and sauté the shallots and turkey.
Step 4
Then add the carrots, basil, spices and ceps.
Step 5
Fry the whole thing for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Then add a base of water to the pot and close it in position 1.
Step 7
When whistling, cook for 7 minutes.
Step 8
Uncovered, cook over high heat to evaporate the water (but not completely) and add the liquid cream.
Step 9
Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
