2 carrots

2 courgettes

5 basil leaves

2 plain yoghurts

20 cl of skimmed milk

1 pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of spicy oil (optional)

Step 1
Cut the vegetables into slices and put them in the blender, with the milk.
Step 2
As soon as they are crushed, add the two yoghurts and the basil leaves.
Step 3
Salt.
Author's note
Personally I use flavoured salt: Salish salt (smoked with alder wood) or other.

I add my grain of salt
