3 medium potatoes

1 carrot

150 g plain cooked red beans

1 medium onion

2 tablespoons flour

1 drizzle of oil

1/2 cube of organic vegetable

Basil

Thyme

Herbs of Provence

Salt

Pepper

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Peel, wash and then cut potatoes and carrots into medium cubes. Thinly slice the onion.
Step 2
In a skillet, cook the minced onion over low heat without browning it! Then add the potatoes and cook 5 min, stirring over low heat, always.
Step 3
Then add the carrots and red beans. Cook another 5 min over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add your herbs, salt, and pepper. I put a lot of spices because I like spicy dishes, if not add a pinch of each.
Step 5
While stirring, add your two tablespoons of flour. Mix well so that the flour clings to all the condiments.
Step 6
Then add your water to the vegetable broths.
Step 7
Always over low heat, cook for about 1 hour, stirring regularly so that the condiments do not stick to the bottom.
