2 potatoes

2 onions

4 carrots

1 pumpkin wedge

4 cloves of garlic

200 g button mushroom

200 g olives (not pitted)

100 g of corn

1 cube of herb broth

1 large glass of water (about 15 cl)

50 cl of liquid cream

2 sprigs of thyme

Parsley

Pepper

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Cut the onions into pieces and fry them in olive oil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Once golden, add the sliced carrots, potatoes and pumpkin in large cubes.
Step 3
Add the water with the broth cubes and garlic in small pieces.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms cut in 4, the olives, and all the herbs.
Step 5
Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
Once the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the cream.
Step 7
Serve hot.
