500 g quinoa

4 lawyers

4 stirred yoghurts

Garlic powder

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in boiling salted water for about 25 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: mix the yoghurts, 2 tablespoons of lemon, semolina garlic, dried basil, mint, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the avocados into 1 to 2 cm3 cubes.
Step 4
Once the quinoa is cooked, drain and rinse in hot water to keep the quinoa warm.
Step 5
Mix with avocado sauce and enjoy warm.
Author's note
You can always prepare this salad in advance and iron it in the microwave just before serving.
