2 yellow peppers

200 g fresh goat cheese

3 sprigs of basil

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6).
Step 2
Wash the peppers, cut them in half widthwise and remove the white membranes and seeds.
Step 3
Rinse the inside of the peppers and place them on parchment paper and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes then let them cool.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine goat cheese, basil, salt and pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 5
Garnish the peppers with the preparation.
Step 6
It's ready! It's ready!
