3 eggs

1 can of concentrated milk 1/2 skimmed (about 400 g)

2 courgettes

Shortcrust pastry

Smoked bacon

Garlic

Basil

Nutmeg

Pepper and salt

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Prick the bottom of the shortcrust pastry, and place the smoked bacon on top.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the eggs, 1/2 skimmed milk, and spices.
Step 3
If you use fresh courgettes, fry them in a frying pan with a little olive oil for 15 to 20 minutes so that they return their water.
Step 4
If they are frozen courgettes, thaw them in the microwave and remove as much water as possible, pressing them lightly.
Step 5
Arrange the courgettes on the bacon, and cover everything with the preparation of the salad bowl.
Step 6
Coat everything with grated gruy√®re cheese and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 220°C (thermostat 7-8).
Step 7
Enjoy it, by eating it hot or cold!
